Le groupe GBENONKPO 145 est composé de trois personnes qui résident dans le même quartier. C'est la quatrième fois que ce groupe sollicite l'aide financier de ALIDé, afin d'élever le niveau de son activité. La représentante du groupe, du nom de Safouratou est celle qui a la main levée sur la photo. Safouratou est âgée de 43 ans et vit au Bénin. Safouratou n'a pas fréquenté l'école. Safouratou est mariée à un certain Pascal. Le couple a quatre enfants, tous scolarisés et à leur charge. Safouratou vit ensemble avec ses enfants et son mari et assure ensemble avec lui les diverses charges de la maison. Afin d'assurer ses diverses charges, Safouratou vend du maïs et du tissus dans une région du Bénin. Safouratou s’approvisionne dans un marché du Bénin. Dans la quête de la satisfaction de sa clientèle et pour accroître son chiffre d’affaires et son revenu, Safouratou sollicite ensemble avec les autres membres du groupe GBENONKPO 145, un quatrième crédit auprès de ALIDé. Les crédits antérieurs ont été bien remboursés.

Alidé is a Beninese NGO that works to reduce poverty by offering sustainable access to productive loans like this one in addition to savings, training sessions, and social work to low-income families.

Supporters of this loan should be aware that there is some risk of being repaid late. Because the Beninois Ministry of Finance has imposed restrictions on the amount of money Alidé can send to Kiva, the organization can only send monthly repayments in installments smaller than $13,000. This means that some Kiva lenders may receive their repayments late. However, Alidé remains a healthy institution in good standing with its creditors, and Kiva would like to continue working to support its clients.
