Pauline never attended school. She is 43 years old and married to a man named Pamphile. They have six children, but none of the children are in school. To help with the diverse needs of her family, Pauline has been selling kitchen utensils for fifteen years via the distribution system. She gets her supplies from a market in Benin.

With the goal of bolstering their business and further satisfying their customers, Pauline and the other members of the group KPEMAHUTON 02 are requesting a third loan from ALIDé. Their ambition is to increase their level of business. The previous loans were indeed repaid.

Le groupement KPEMAHUTON 02 est composé de douze personnes qui résident dans le même quartier. La représentante de ce groupement, du nom de Pauline est celle ayant une main levée sur la photo. Dans le but de rehausser le niveau de leur activité afin de mieux faire face à la demande de leur clientèle, ce groupement sollicite pour une troisième fois l'appui financier de ALIDé. Pauline n’a jamais fréquenté l’école. Pauline est âgée de 43 ans et est mariée à un certain Pamphile. Le couple a six enfants, mais aucun n'est scolarisé. Pour contribuer aux divers besoins de sa famille, Pauline vend depuis quinze ans, des ustensiles de cuisine par le système de distribution. Pauline s'approvisionne dans un marché du Bénin. Dans le but de renforcer leur activité et de mieux satisfaire leur clientèle, Pauline et les autres membres du groupement KPEMAHUTON 02 sollicitent un troisième crédit auprès de ALIDé. Leur ambition est d’accroître le niveau de leur activité.Les crédits précédents ont été bien remboursés.

Alidé is a Beninese NGO that works to reduce poverty by offering sustainable access to productive loans like this one in addition to savings, training sessions, and social work to low-income families.

Supporters of this loan should be aware that there is some risk of being repaid late. Because the Beninois Ministry of Finance has imposed restrictions on the amount of money Alidé can send to Kiva, the organization can only send monthly repayments in installments smaller than $13,000.
