Daisy is from Poblacion, Clarin, Misamis Occidental. She is 46 years old, married, and has 3 children. To make a living, Daisy cooks and sells food. While not the only means for generating revenue, the main source of income for the business comes primarily from preparing and selling cooked food for daily meals. Daisy has been in her business for 5 years and earns 8,000 PHP a month. Recently, Daisy joined GDMPC to gain access to financial services to help improve her living situation and ability to engage in business activities. Daisy is requesting a loan of 20,000 PHP, which will be used to purchase new equipment and tools to expand her business. She plans to use the additional revenue generated from the business to improve the general living conditions of her family.

Today, it has over 15,000 members located in upland, lowland and coastal regions of the Philippines, and offers credit, savings, education, and various social services.
