This group was started by a female member who informed her neighbors and friends in the community, about a program for women. She then invited them all to be part of it. This is how this group was formed. They are currently in their 1st loan cycle, but their goal is to reach the highest level of the program.

Sirli, 31, is married to Carlos and they have 3 children. Sirli is a hairdresser who works at home and because she always provides good service to her clients, has a very good clientele.

She is requesting a loan to buy hair cream, color, shampoo and conditioner and other supplies she needs to continue working and growing as a professional.

El presente comité se formo por medio de una de las miembros, quien era integrante de un comité, informo a sus vecinas acerca del programa de comité de mujeres, y de esa manera invito a vecinas y amigas de su comunidad a formar parte de ella. De esa manera se inicia dicho comité. Actualmente se encuentran en el primer ciclo del programa, pero su meta es llegar al máximo nivel del programa.
La Sra Sirli tiene 31 años de edad, está casada con el Sr Carlos juntos tienen 3 hijos. Sirli es Peluquera en su casa, y nos cuenta que tiene muy buena clientela, ya que siempre ofrece muy buenos servicios a sus clientes.
