Las Roseñas originated through promotions in the members' neighborhood. All of them are from the same area, acquaintances and neighbors. The goal of each one is to work, promote the spirit of solidarity, and reach the highest level of the program.

Victorina is the president of the group. She is a merchant and sells general products. Her desire is to continue progressing with Fundación Paraguaya and for the group to strengthen more every day. She says she feels very comfortable in her communal bank and hopes for many more benefits, which the foundation is offering her continually.

She is requesting the loan for the purchase of sugar, flour, noodles, bread, and other basic necessities, which is what she most sells.

"Las Roseñas"se originó a través de promociones que se realizaron en el barrio de las integrantes. Todas ellas son de la misma zona, conocidas y vecinas. El objetivo de cada de una de ellas es trabajar, fomentar el espíritu solidario y llegar al nivel máximo del programa.
La sra Victorina es Presidenta del grupo, es comerciante, tiene venta de productos en general, su deseo es seguir progresando con la Fundación Paraguaya y que el grupo se vaya fortaleciendo cada día más, manifiesta que se siente muy a gusto en su comité y espera muchos beneficio más que la Fundación le están ofreciendo continuamente.
