Suk, 53, is widowed and resides with three children in Takeo Province, Cambodia. She has been making broom to sell for over ten years, earning approximately USD 2 per day. All of her children are employed in a garment factory. They earn approximately USD 9 per day. Due to difficulties in the family’s transportation, Suk is requesting for a loan of USD 1000 to purchase a motorbike for commuting.
