Tao, 46, is married and resides with her husband and five children in Takeo Province, Cambodia. She has been involved in growing agricultural crops for over twenty years, earning approximately USD 2 per day. Her husband runs a public transportation (motor taxi) business and earns about USD 3 per day. Two of her children are garment workers, earning approximately USD 6 per day.
Tao wants to rebuild her present house. Due to lack of funds, Tao is requesting a loan of USD 1000 to pay to construct her house. This loan will enable her to have convenient living conditions for her family. In the future, Tao would like to run a pig farm and help her children get bachelor degrees.
With this loan, Tao hopes to rebuild her present house to make it much stronger and bigger to provide convenient living conditions for her family.
