Naem is 50 years old and married. She lives with her husband and four children in Takeo Province, Cambodia. For the past 20 years, Naem has been involved in breeding animals and selling nylon rope. She earns approximately 5 USD each day. Her husband is a construction worker who additionally buys and sells cattle to generate extra income for the family.
Naem is requesting a 1,200 USD loan to purchase more nylon rope to sell and generate profit to support her family. In the future, she would like to expand her business and help her children get their bachelors degrees. Moreover, Naem hopes to build a concrete house to improve her family's living conditions.
