Nikoloz is from the village of Chognari, West Georgia. He is 35 years old, married, and lives with his family: wife Venera, their 5-year-old son, and their 4-year-old daughter. The children go to kindergarten.
Nikoloz has a tractor. He provides agricultural services to local farmers and is paid for this service. It is the main source of the income for the family. Also the family has a small dairy farm with 3 milk cows. Venera produces cheese and sells it in the village. Total average monthly income of the family is 1000 Laris.
Nikoloz is requesting a loan for fixing the tractor, as it is out of order. In late March farmers will start tilling their lands and Nikoloz’s tractor will be ready by that time. The family will get their expected income, which will be used for financing their daily needs.
