Elizabeth is 37 years old and lives in the Philippines. She is married and has seven children.
Elizabeth is making and peddling snacks like tikoy (a type of rice cake made from glutinous rice flour and sugar) and kutsinta (a sweet made from rice flour, brown sugar, and coconut). She has had this business for ten years. She requested a loan of PHP 12,000 to buy raw ingredients for making snacks.
Elizabeth has been a member of HSPFI since 2011. In the future, she hopes to improve her business.
