Phuong is 27 years old and married. He has two children and lives with them and his wife in Ho Chi Minh city. His wife runs a general store in front of their house and helps him to sell mobile phone cards.
Phuong has been in the business of selling mobile cards for three years. Now he would like to take a loan to buy a greater quantity of mobile phone cards and accessories to sell to his customers. He hopes that through the loan he will be able to generate a higher income and save money to further expand his business.
