Dalis de 51 años, tiene dos hijos en las edades de 17 y 29 años de edad y se dedica a la preparación de productos derivados de la harina de trigo, los cuales vende en bandejas de icopor; sus principales líneas son deditos, empanaditas de carne, queso, dulce de guayaba, bolitas de carne, de trigo etc. Estos productos los distribuyen bandejas entre pequeños comerciantes de Soledad, o para el consumo de las amas de casa que son sus vecinas y conocidos del sector, mediante venta directa y de contado. Su negocio lo inició un vez aprendió esta actividad en la ciudad de Cartagena y una vez radicada en la ciudad de Barranquilla, inició su proceso de preparación para generar ingresos. Su meta es expandir su mercado hacia la ciudad de Cartagena y enfocarse también en Barranquilla. Su mayor desafío es la competencia la cual debe enfrentar diariamente ofreciendo productos de mayor calidad, con un buen estándar de su preparación. En la actualidad Dalis está aplicando a un credikiva, primer financiamiento que hace a la Fundación Mario Santo Domingo, mediante el cual comprará una batidora semi industrial, una licuadora y una vitrina exhibidora.
