The Carmelitas is a group formed by nine people each of them working in a different business activity to obtain extra income and give their families a better quality of life, this group is located in an area close to the sugar cane plantation, where a large sugar cane producer is located called “La Margarita”. The members of this group are: Isabel, Columba and Flora sell delicacies, Margarita has a butcher shop, Sotera sells cosmetics, Maria Elena sells ceramics, Genaro has a mechanic shop, Matilde sells clothing and Aurelia sells chicken.

Aurelia is 40, studied up to junior high and is married to Victor who works as a contractor, they had two children that are adults now. Aurelia started selling cosmetics to her friends and neighbors more than 10 years ago with the goal to help her husband with the home expenses and their children's studies, as time went by she had many clients and her sales and profit grew so she decided to invest her profits in selling chicken meat to grow her money, so she started selling chicken meat from her house four years ago, she now has to points of sale one at home and one in a downtown location, Aurelia works very hard everyday so that her business keeps progressing. She will use the loan to buy chicken, lipstick, eye shadow, eyeliner and perfume to continue her sales. She hopes that with this investment her business continues progressing because she hopes to expand her business.

Las Carmelita es un grupo integrado por nueve personas cada una de ellas tiene una actividad economica la cual realizan para poder obtener un poco de dinero extra y asi dar una mejor calidad de vida sus familia, este grupo se encuentra ubicado en una zona cañera cerca de esta comunidad se encuentra el ingenio la margarita uno de los principales productores cañeros de la region. Los Integrantes de este grupo son: Isabel, Columba y Flora venta de antojitos, margarita carniceria, Sotera cosmeticos, Maria Elena venta de ceramica, Genaro Taller Mecanico y Matilde ropa y Aurelia venta de pollo.

La señora Aurelia tiene la edad de 40 años, estudio solo la secundaria y esta casada con el señor victor que trabaja como contratista, ellos tuvieron dos hijos los cuales ya son mayores de edad. Doña aurelia nos platica que hace un poco mas de 10 años inicio a vender cosmeticos con sus amigas y vecinas de la comunidad con el proposito de ayudar a su esposo con el gasto de su hogar y los estudios de sus hijos, al pasar del tiempo ella hizo muchos clientes sus ventas y ganancias fueron aumentando y ella decidio invertirlas en la venta de pollo destazado para hacer crecer mas su dinero, ella inicio a realizar sus ventas de pollo en su casa hace un poco mas de cuatro años y actualmente ya tiene dos puntos de venta su casa y un pequeño local en el centro de su comunidad, Doña Aureli trabaja muy duro todos los dias paraque su negocio continue progresando. Ella invertira su credito en la compra de pollos, labiales, sombras, deliniadores y perfumeria para continuar realizando sus ventas. Ella espera que con esta inversion su negocio continue progresando ya que quisiera seguir expandiendo su negocio.
