They have a board of directors, and Filomena is the head of the board. The businesses that the members of the community bank are engaged in are varied and include: selling stoves, selling French fries, sewing sweatshirts, selling general plastic products, and sewing jackets.

Filomena says that she has been part of the communal bank for six months. She currently has a business selling blankets. She has been working this way for years, and she learned how to do so from her mother.

The loan for this cycle is to increase her merchandise. She will buy wool to make the blankets. She will buy this product at the market in La Paz, and she will later sell them at her sales location. This way of working allows her to support her family; she is single and has two children.

When asked what she likes about Pro Mujer she answered that she likes the trainings and the unity of her group.

La A.C. “ZAPATITO VELOZ” iniciará el decimo ciclo en Pro Mujer, como parte del Centro Focal de Collpani. Está compuesta por ocho integrantes y cuentan con una mesa directiva a la cabeza de la misma se encuentra la señora Filomena. Los negocios que las integrantes de la asociación comunal llevan adelante son variados entre ellos tenemos: venta de cocinas, venta de papas fritas, costura de busos, venta de plásticos en general, costura de chamarras.

La señora Filomena, indica que forma parte de una asociación comunal desde hace seis meses atrás y que en la actualidad ella cuenta con un negocio de venta de mantas, que viene trabajando hace años aprendiendo el mismo de su mamá. El crédito de este ciclo es para ampliación de su mercadería (compra de lana) que adquirirá con la finalidad de elaborara las mantas, este producto lo comprará de las ferias paceñas y posteriormente lo comercializará en su puesto de venta. Esta forma de trabajo le permite apoyar a su familia pues ella es soltera y tiene dos hijos.

Cuando se le consulta qué le gusta de Pro Mujer, ella responde que le gusta las capacitaciones y la unidad de su grupo.
