Iasha is forty-three years old. He lives in a small village in West Georgia with his family: his wife Natia and two sons (aged thirteen and nine). His sons go to school. Iasha leads the agricultural business of the family. They have 0.8 hectares of land, where various vegetables and fruits are grown. Iasha sells harvested products on the local open market to greengrocery retailers. Also the family has 22 bee-hives with bee-colonies. Iasha harvests honey twice a year and also sells it on the open market. The total average monthly income of the family is 800 Laris.
Iasha requested credit to expand the bee-keeping business. He will purchase additional 10 bee-hives and increase the amount of honey he gathers and sells by 45%. The income of the family will increase, and they will be able improve their living conditions.
