Oshualdo is a dairy farmer, craftsman and tailor; he works manufacturing sportswear. He needs the loan to buy a pair of dairy cows to increase milk production to obtain more income to help his family. Oshualdo is married and has a son. They live in Achacachi which is located in La Paz Department. This is the second time he's worked with IMPRO and the first with KIVA.

El crédito lo requiere para la compra de un par de vacas lecheras para incrementar la producción de leche y de esta forma obtener más ingresos para ayudar a su familia.
Oshualdo, es casado y tiene un hijo, viven en Achacachi la cual se encuentra en el departamento de de La Paz.

IMPRO is a small non-profit organization that has been offering micro credit to the working poor in the Bolivian cities of La Paz and El Alto since 1995. IMPRO’s goal is to fight poverty by offering loans to small business owners who cannot access credit through the regular banking system due to a lack of guarantees or collateral.
To ensure that everyone has access to credit, IMPRO maintains a low interest rate by minimizing operational costs. IMPRO’s partnership with Kiva, which began in 2007, has allowed IMPRO to expand its services while maintaining these low interest rates.
