La Sra. Reina es Viuda y tuvo que salir adelante con 3 hijos, es una madre muy cariñosa y abnegada por lo que siempre se esfuerza para que sus hijos salgan adelante tanto en sus estudios como en sus vidas personales. Lleva los La productos para vender a diferentes lugares, como empresas e Instituciones en las que sus clientes la conocen por que ella además deja sus productos a crédito, la conocen bastante bien pues es una persona cumplida en cuanto a los pedidos se refiere, asimismo ella logra hacer sus ventas para pagar sus facturas a tiempo de modo que le lleguen sus pedidos a tiempo. El destino del crédito es para capital de operación, con lo cual incrementara los productos que vende y de esa manera podrá tener más utilidades y ofrecer un mejor nivel de vida a sus hijos.
