Originally from Venezuela, Carlos moved to the United States seven years ago, but kept his ties to Latin and South America very tight. In 2006, Carlos founded his own distribution enterprise that focused mainly on electrical equipment, generators, and solar panels. Using his connections to Latin and South America, he was able to set up both a domestic and international distribution network. All of Carlos’s generators are bio-fueled machines and work solely on vegetable oil or in accordance with it. Along with distributing in Florida, where he now resides, he set up his strongest ties throughout the United States, Mexico, Venezuela, Puerto Rico, and Ecuador. Most of the sales come in the form of large wholesales; however, he is also open to the public market as well. Along with the actual equipment, Carlos also offers support and warranties for his sales. The business is set up so that the buyer pays a down payment on the equipment before actual sale; however, this never covers the entirety of the purchase. The sale is paid in full only after delivery. Due to this, Carlos is left putting up much of the initial cost. This loan would be used by Carlos to alleviate this burden and to increase his inventory to create a better functioning business.
