Eric is 48 years old and married. He has five children aged between one and sixteen years old and takes care of six relatives as well.


Eric has been a tailor for 32 years. He works from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. during the week, and he currently employs two people to help him.


Eric has requested a 500,000 RWF loan through Kiva’s partner Vision Finance Company to buy a new sewing machine. With his profits he can save for his future, renovate his own house and reinvest in his business.
