Monsieur Matar est un jeune homme de 34 ans qui vit au Sénégal. Il est marié et père d’un enfant de 2 ans. Il a aussi en charge deux autres personnes sous son toit. C’est un conducteur qui détient son permis de conduire mais le commerce étant beaucoup plus rentable pour lui, il exerce pratique la vente de parfums et d’autres produits divers depuis 2010.Il a choisi cette activité par le biais d’un de ses amis commerçants qui au début l’approvisionnait en produits qu’il écoulait par placement. Ce sont des produits qui marchent très fort surtout en période de chaleur. Il est membre de l’un des guichets de l’U-IMCEC depuis juillet 2004. Il a déjà remboursé 2 prêts antérieurs. Il sollicite un crédit de 300 000 frs prévu pour l’achat de parfums, de gel de bain et d’autres articles destinés à renforcer son activité de commerce. Ses bénéfices lui permettent d’assurer la dépense quotidienne pour sa famille et aussi d’épargner pour réaliser ses projets futurs.
