Frolenca, who is in his late thirties is married with three children, two of whom go to school. He has been a butcher for nineteen years now. He works from 8.00 pm to morning (overnight) daily and can make a fair monthly profit.

This will be his third loan from Tujijenge Tanzania. He used the previous loans to buy more meat, started building his own house and pay his home expenses and has paid back his loans successfully. His dream is to one day be able to own an international butcher business.

He will share loan with his loan group "Tujikwamue Ukonga" which has a total of fifteen members who will hold each other accountable for paying back their loans.
