Elba es una mujer de 53 años de edad y tiene muchas aspiraciones en los próximos años de prosperar su venta de comida.

Su historia empezó desde 6 a 5 años atrás en su casa en horas de la tarde y ahora también vende los fines de semana en las mañanas es lo único que sabe saber, su trabajo lo hace sola el horario es de martes a viernes de 18:00 hasta las 22:00, sábado y domingo 6:00 hasta 13:00, si tiene dificultades que se llegase a enfermar, si está casada el esposo es mensajero en una empresa, si tiene hijos son mayores.

Su sueño más importante es aumentar el espacio físico de su casa para poder poner mesas para los clientes. Por eso quiere el préstamo para su venta de comida y asi comprar carnes, granos, vegetales etc.
