Chor Variyas
Chor Variyas and her husband, Mas Maut, live in a village about 20 kilometers from Phnom Penh, and they have three sons and two daughters. One is a fisherman, two attend school, and the other two are still young.

Chor Variyas assists her husband in his business as a fisherman. When it is not the fishing season, he does construction work and drives a motor taxi. Chor Variyas is now requesting a loan of $1,000 to purchase a new boat motor and more fishing nets.
