Inicio sus actividades con dinero propio el cual obtuvo trabajando en una fábrica de puros ala edad de 26 años. Desde entonces se ha convertido en su único medio de subsistencia. Se siente satisfecha con el lugar donde tiene ubicado su negocio ya que esta en un buen lugar cerca de la universidad donde la mayoría de sus clientes son estudiantes y profesores, le ha generado buenas ganancias. Ella solicita el crédito para comprar azúcar, arroz, pollo, carne, verduras, aceite, frijoles, plátanos. Pues son ingredientes que utiliza para hacer sus platillos. Con esta inversión va ofrecer una variedad de comida a sus clientes. Uno de sus planes es comprar sillas y mesas plásticas para darles una mejor atención a los clientes. Tiene como meta ir construyendo su casa poco a poco y darles un mejor futuro a sus hijos.
