A loan of $2,200 helped a member to buy charcoal to later sell.

Mujeres Encantadoras Group's story

Mujeres Encantadoras lending group formed from the union of various neighbors and friends in the city of Caacupé. They are 10 women who decided to get together to work and in this way also be able to support their families. Their principal objective is to be able to grow, not only economically but also personally.

Maria tells us that she works selling charcoal, a growing business, given that lately this has become an alternate means by which to live. She began selling only to her neighbors, but today she has been able to grow and her goal is to be able to continue growing and in this way help her family.

She asks for this loan to buy charcoal, so she can have more in stock, in order to meet the demand of her clients.
