Miss Lieng, age 32, lives together with her mother in Ang Snoul district. Recently she has been working for a garment factory as sewing staff. Besides this career, Lieng takes some spare time to learn to be a seamstress. She has finished this course already. Lieng wants to provide her sewing services to local people from her house. However, she really needs some funds from HKL to invest in this project. With the given funds, she will buy clothes and some necessary tools to start her service. She hopes that our lenders will give her help to develop her business due to experiencing financial lack.
Hattha Kaksekar Limited is one of the largest and most successful microfinance institutions (MFIs) in Cambodia. The organization provides microfinance services to the poor, particularly women, in urban and rural areas.
