Kao is 32 and a humble resident from Kompong Cham province. She has been operating a selling business located in her house. She sells many types of merchandise as well as groceries to local people. From this business, she is able to earn $5.00 per day. Kao has a very big family with 12 children.
Kao would like to acquire some funds from HKL to purchase a stock of merchandise for a constant sale. Since the loan helps sustain her business, Kao hopes that she’ll be able to further improve her living standard.

The organization provides microfinance services to the poor, particularly women, in urban and rural areas.
