Carlos de 60 años se dedica a la elaboración de cortinas , percianas, cenefas y decoración en general, desde hace 28 años cuando comenzó su negocio; inicialmente realizaba trabajos sencillos, pero como gradualmente fue capacitándose en el arte de decoración, agregó mayor valor a su trabajo. En la actualidad tiene de clientes a almacenes importantes de la ciudad y trabaja con dos empleados; con su negocio ha logrado ampliar su infraestructura locativa y con la calidad de sus prendas ha conseguido sostener una selecta clientela, que usualmente remiten nuevos compradores. Su meta en el negocio es de crecimiento y posicionamiento en le mercado y lograr independizar su espacio familiar del espacio productivo para lograr mayor sosiego. En la actualidad está aplicando a un credikiva, primer financiamiento que hace a la Fundación Mario Santo Domingo con el cual comprará telas, puyón, cordón, en mayor volumen, para ganar descuentos pues tiene pedidos sobre los que trabajará y hará de su inversión todo un éxito.
