Seang, age 37, has been living together with her husband and 3 single children in Ornlong Veng district, Siem Reap province, where there is an attractive tourist area. Presently Seang works indoors as a housewife while her husband is a skillful carpenter. Thus, the main source of her income is generated by her husband earning an income of $5.00 per day to satisfy daily basic necessities.
With the requested funds, her second loan with HKL, she would like to buy raw materials supporting her husband in manufacturing furniture for his clients. For her business goal, she wants to own a medium shop for furniture made by her husband.
