Heng, a single parent living in Dongkor commune, Phnom Penh City, is a good housekeeper and a responsible mother of two children, both of whom are now working for a garment factory and earning decent salaries. Heng is requesting a loan of $500 to purchase household goods and furniture to improve her living conditions.
