El Banco Comunal San Pedro se reúne cada 15 días en el barrio del mismo nombre en la ciudad de Manta, ciudad conocida por sus hermosas playas que son muy visitadas en toda época del año y por ser una ciudad con una belleza sin igual con muchos atractivos turísticos.

En este lugar conocimos a la señora Viviana, tiene 31 años de edad, está casada y de esta relación tienen tres hijos de 10, 3 y de 1 año de edad, el mayor estudia en escuela. Su esposo se dedica a la pesca.

Ella es un ama de casa que para obtener sus propios recursos y con esto ayudar a su esposo en los gastos del hogar se dedica a la venta de ropa, carteras, zapatos y productos de Yanbal (productos de belleza, cosméticos, perfumería y accesorios para damas). Ella sale a recorrer todos días unas tres horas diarias, deja sus productos a crédito y cobra cada ocho días. Sus productos los compra en una distribuidora en Portoviejo cada vez que necesita mercadería. Tiene más de 7 años que se dedica a esta actividad, ella siempre vende productos o prendas que estén de moda ya que es lo mas salida tiene.

Este crédito es para comprar ropa, zapatillas, carteras, perfumes, cremas y cosméticos. Lleva 7 años en el Banco Comunal y le gusta por la ayuda que le brinda el banco y sus amigas.

Su sueño es tener un local propio.
