John received his first job in the office furniture industry as a customer service assistant and was able to work his way up into sales in a very short period. Now, with 15 years of experience, John owns and operates his own full service office furniture dealership, which provides delivery services, installation, and space management consulting. After seven years with his previous employer, John branched off and started his own small business with the help of a few of his previous customers. He now represents 45 repeat customers and has three full time employees. As the owner, John wears many hats. Performing many tasks from unloading furniture to managing the warehouse, his main concentration is on sales. Over the last year, he has been working very hard and has lined up numerous large accounts, making 2012 the most profitable year yet. To provide for these new accounts, he would like to set up another warehouse and buy more inventories. With this loan, John hopes to grow his business exponentially in 2012.
