Roth (pictured with his sister), age 29, is single and lives with his widower father and sister in a village about 17 kilometers from Phnom Penh City. His father is a farmer.
Roth is a fisherman. He is applying for his first loan in the amount of $500 to purchase a boat and more fishing nets and to repair the house where he lives.
