This group is called 'Guerrero Oaxaca'. It is made up of ten hard-working women who have a desire to do well and grow their businesses.

One of the members of this group is Teresa Emilia who is 55 years old. Her business is selling tamales and mole sauce which is used for making enchiladas. She sells wholesale and retail. She tells us that she has been selling tamales for 25 years and the business makes her good profits which enables her to provide her family with a better quality of life. She has five children: Laura, Maraina, Emili, Zamari and Ángel. They also help her to buy what she needs for making her tamales and mole sauce. What Teresa Emilia most enjoys about her business is cleaning the plantain leaves and grinding the dried chili for making her mole sauce. She requested this loan to buy ingredients for making her mole sauce and tamales: plantain leaves, dried chilis, tomatoes, onion, garlic, cloves, pepper, breadcrumbs and oil.

The other members of this group are:
Maria - who sells perfumes
Modesta Edilberta - who sells chilis and seeds
Abigail - who sells perfume
Araceli - who sells clothing

Nancy - who sells telephones

All of the women are grateful to Fundación Realidad for the support that they have given them as it enables them to grow their businesses and provide their families with a better quality of life.
