Bunthorn, 58, is married and resides with her husband and four children in Takeo Province, Cambodia. She and her husband have been involved in growing agricultural crops and fattening up cattle for over twenty years, have an extensive experience and are successful in their career. They earn approximately USD 3 per day. All of their children are employed. They are security guards and garment workers. Due to the difficulty in traveling to work, Bunthorn is requesting a loan of USD 1000 to purchase a motorbike for her children to commute to work. By doing so, her children would save some money on their transportation expense to support the family. In the future, she would like to expand her agricultural business and rebuild her present house to make it much stronger.
