Xa is fifty-eight years old with two grown children. A farmer, she grows rice and raises chickens. Her chicken-raising started a year ago, and she gets a good income from it.
Xa joined our credit program in 2010, and used her loans to expanding her chicken-raising. Curently, she wants to have a loan of 8,288,000 VND to buy food for her chickens
The Center of Small Enterprise Development Assistance (SEDA) is a non-profit organization whose vision is to create “a society without poverty.” Founded in 2004, SEDA provides microfinance services to low-income and disadvantaged people in rural areas of Hanoi and the northern provinces of Vietnam through its Binh Minh Micro-Finance Program.
