The group bears this name because the members are very hard-working and determined women, who work very hard to be able to give their families a better lifestyle. They are in their fifth loan cycle, and want to be able to reach the highest level of the program.

Eliodora is one of the group members. She sells food products of all kinds, such as empanadas, sandwiches and other kinds of food.

She says that she has been working at this for some time, so she already has a good clientele. She is applying for the loan in order to buy meat, condiments, baked goods, vegetables, and other ingredients. With these, she will be able to stock her business, and that way be able to continue working and growing as a small business person.

Mujeres trabajadoras es el grupo conformado por 18 mujeres de la ciudad de Caacupé, el grupo lleva ese nombre, pues las miembros son mujeres muy trabajadoras y luchadoras, que se esfuerzan al máximo para poder darles a sus familias un mejor estilo de vida. Ellas se encuentran en el 5to ciclo, y desean poder llegar al máximo nivel del programa.
La señora Eliodora es una de las miembros del grupo, ella se dedica a la venta de comestibles de todo tipo, como ser empanadas, sandwish, y demás tipos. Ella comenta que se dedica a esto hace un buen tiempo, por lo que ya tiene una buena clientela.
Ella solicita el crédito para la compra de carne, condimentos, panificados, verduras y demás insumos, con lo cual podrá abastecerse y de esa forma poder seguir trabajando y crecer como microempresaria.
