Ivan es el propietario de un taller de electrónica en la ciudad de Cartagena, donde vive con su cónyuge y sus tres hijos en las edades de 8 a 22 años. En su pequeño taller repara principalmente equipos de sonidos y televisores. Sus clientes están ubicados en los barrios aledaños a su negocio, donde ofrece este servicio y poco a poco gana nuevos clientes, con los que hace negociaciones de estricto contado. Su negocio inició después de su experiencia de trabajo en un taller de una empresa reconocida, donde se desempeñaba como técnico electrónico. Su impulso emprendedor lo llevó a independizarse y hoy sueña con el crecimiento de su negocio, pero su capital de trabajo resulta insuficiente para el tamaño de su meta.
