Foni is a 25-year-old business woman who lives in Juba Nimule. She is married and has three children between the ages of 7 and 1. Two of her children go to school.
Foni runs a food store; she has been in the business for two years. She has no employees. Foni heard about Finance Sudan from friends and clients, through outreach and promotion done by the loan officers. She is taking a loan of 600 SDG to purchase more items like beans, rice, sugar, sesame, etc. Foni has no other source of income.
In five years, Foni would like to have a better food store in the market. Her major challenges include home expenses and low income rate. Foni says that she is appreciating Finance Sudan’s support in her community.
