Lus es socia del banco comunal Vegaspamba, viven por el sector que lleva el mismo nombre en la ciudad de Cuenca, lugar que tiene exuberante vegetación y hermosos paisajes, su gente se dedica a la cría de animales, a la artesanías y a la agricultura, se caracterizan por ser muy trabajadoras.

La Señora Lus tiene 41 años, es casada y en su unión conyugal ha concebido 9 hijos, sus cuatro primeros hijos son mayores de edad, trabajan y le ayudan económicamente, sus cinco hijos menores tienen 9, 8, 6, 2 años y su ultimo hijo tiene 4 meses de edad, tres estudian en una escuelita de la ciudad. Su esposo labora en la construcción como albañil, la casa en la que viven es de su propiedad.

Es socia fundadora del banco comunal, su nuevo crédito lo va a invertir en la compra de piola para la elaboración de sogas.
