El Banco de Emprendimiento CELESTE–26 es un banco nuevo pero con socias antiguas que decidieron conformar otro banca llamada celeste son conocidas ente ellas y responsables la presidenta es la Sra. María se dedica al comercio joyería, de venta de aretes y otros vende por una de las calles concurridas de la ciudad de La Paz y también en una de las ferias mas concurridas es responsable y muy cumplida y de esa manera la eligieron como presidenta, la señora es separada ya no tiene hijos por mantener solicito el crédito para la compra de joyas para tener variedad de joyas y así ofrecer mas productos a sus clientes y de esta manera aumentar su capital ya que es muy dedicada a su trabajo.
