Nyamvula is a married woman with six children, two of whom attend school. She owns a house that neither has electricity nor piped water. Her greatest monthly expenses are food and school fees.
For the past ten years, she has operated a farming business, selling farm produce of beans and peas from door to door to her neighbours. She faces a major challenge of seasonality in her business. Nyamvula dreams of establishing another business in the future.
With the Kshs 20,000 she wants to purchase seeds for farming. She decided to join Yehu to access loans to boost her business.
