Batsaikhan is 49 years old. He lives with his wife and son in the slum district of Ulaanbaatar, the capital city of Mongolia. For the past 20 years, non-stop, he has been running an auto service in his backyard. Batsaikhan has gained much experience in his job and has many permanent customers.
Batsaikhan is requesting a loan to purchase necessary equipment to renovate his business as his service equipment is old and broken. He believes that his loan will positively influence his business and notably increase the number of his customers.
