Tatul was born in 1982 in Sevkar village, Tavush region. After serving in the Armenian army, he graduated from Yerevan State University Ijevan branch, where he learned psychology and pedagogy. Tatul couldn’t find appropriate work in his specialty and now he works as a driver. He is married and has two small sons. Tatul's parents also live with them.

Simultaneously with his regular work, Tatul and his family are engaged in farming. On their farm they breed cows, pigs, hens and turkeys. Also, they have a hothouse and garden where Tatul grows fruits and vegetables. He has a plot of land where he grows wheat. Tatul and his family use part of their agricultural products for their own needs, and reminder they sell to support the family.

Tatul is asking for a 1,000,000 AMD loan to buy a tractor which will allow him to hasten his field operations, such as sowing and harvesting.
