El banco comunal Nuevo Florecer está formado por 5 socias y 3 socios, quienes se caracterizan por ser personas de un gran carisma, laboran en diferentes actividades económicas las mismas que le permiten aportar a la economía de sus hogares y salir adelante con sus familias. Viven en diferentes lugares de la ciudad de Cuenca, desde Diciembre de 1999 es Patrimonio Cultural de la Humanidad, esta ciudad es una mezcla de lo colonial y lo moderno, su gente mantienen la cultura y tradiciones de sus pueblos, esta ciudad tiene gente amable, gentil y carismáticas.

Una de las socias de este grupo es la Señora. Martha, vive por el sector de Balzay en la ciudad de Cuenca, tiene 29 años, es madre soltera de 2 hijos de 14 y 12 años de edad que estudian en colegio y escuela. No tiene casa propia por lo que vive arrendando.

La Señora. Martha labora como empleada privada actividad que la desempeña hace 3 años y trabaja de lunes a sábados, en su tiempo libre también se dedica a la venta de todo tipo de ropa y su mercadería la vende recorriendo la ciudad.

Es socia del banco comunal hace 2 años y su nuevo crédito lo va a invertir en la compra de ropa para tener una mayor variedad para su clientela.

Su meta es tener un vehículo.
