María Marlene

La Señora. María es socia del banco comunal Nuevo Porvenir, vive por la parroquia de Cumbe, parroquia que se encuentra a 24 kilómetros al sur de la ciudad de Cuenca. En su entorno se encuentran grandes pastos de fincas ganaderas, haciendas viejas y modernas construcciones, su gente es amable, gentil y mantienen la cultura y tradiciones de sus pueblos.

La Señora María tiene 45 años, es madre soltera de 4 hijos de 27, 23, 16 y 13 años de edad, sus dos primeros hijos trabajan y le ayudan económicamente, su tercer hijo tiene una discapacidad y su última hija está estudiando en una escuelita de la ciudad. No tiene casa propia por lo que vive en casa de su mamá con quien comparte los gastos del hogar.

Doña María se dedica a la agricultura, labra terrenos ajenos y su propio terreno, lo que cultiva en su terreno es para el consumo de su hogar. También cría ganado.

Este es su segundo crédito que realiza en el banco comunal y lo va a invertir en la compra de ganado para crecer en este trabajo.

Su meta es ampliar su negocio de cría de ganado.
