Yazmina
Yamina and her partner to generate income, work in two different fields, they sell lunches and rent washing machines. Yamina’s partner’s expert knowledge in the maintenance of the washing machines helps them a great deal. With their small company they have been able to get their family ahead which is made up of 4 children who are now between 24 and 33 years of age. The business is strictly made cash down and each day the customer base grows and it extends over the neighborhood’s boundaries because when people buy Yamina’s lunches they recognize the washing machine loan business; one business helps the other. At present, their potential for growth is greater but they are low on working capital which is not enough to meet the demand for the washing machines as well as buying the raw materials and supplies to prepare the food. This will be her first loan through the Fundación Mario Santo Domingo; she will buy 2 washing machines and supplies in greater quantities to meet her customers’ needs and to increase production. With her credikiva she hopes to take care of a greater quantity of customers who many times have to wait for an available washing machine because Yamina’s are occupied. She will also buy cash down the supplies to save in her raw material purchases for the lunches by receiving discounts, and in turn, her investment will be successful. Yamina’s dream is to expand her business as she searches daily for good sales to keep strengthening her businesses.
