Aem, 36, is married and resides with her husband and four children in Kampong Cham Province, Cambodia. Two of her children are construction workers. She and her husband have been involved in growing rice for over 10 years and are successful in their career.
Additionally, her husband has been running a business of buying cashew nuts to resell to generate more income to support the family. In order to improve her husband's business as well as her family's living condition, Aem is requesting a loan of USD 1,200 to purchase a motorbike for her husband to carry the cashew nuts to sell at the market.
In the future, she hopes to rebuild her house to make it much stronger and to provide a better living condition for her family. Moreover, she would like to support her children to study until they get bachelor's degrees.
