Hace 10 años que se dedica al comercio, es propietaria de una tienda, antes vendía mariscos es un negocio de familia, sus hermanos y esposo se dedican a la pesca artesanal. Ella adquiere todo lo que necesita para la tienda en la ciudad, por lo que debe viajar en autobús, además Telma le ayuda a su hermanos y a su esposo a vender mariscos.

Ella solicita un préstamo para comprar granos básicos, azúcar, fríjol, aceite, arroz, entre otros más, ya que su inventario es poco y se le agota muy rápido. Por lo que necesita ofrecer más cantidad y con mayor variedad, para satisfacer la demanda de sus clientes y evitar que ellos compren en otro lugar. Telma pretende brindar un mejor servicio a sus clientes, para recibir mejores ganancias para proporcionarle a sus hijos una buena educación y apoyar a su esposo con los gastos del hogar, mejorar su vivienda para construirla más amplia y que sus hijos estudien.
