Alicia is a member of the communal bank Las Golondrinas (The Swallows). She is 40 years old. She works in clothing sales. She is the mother of two children, and she has been a member of Finca Perú for 3 years. What she likes most is the training, which helps her raise her children. The loans help her to have more will to progress, because every time she takes out more seed (money), and thus she can grow each time. Now she will invest the loan that she will receive in the purchase of clothing to sell.
